Visual Arts in the Valley 2020 Prize Winners
In early 2020, the unprecedented 74-day Currowan bushfire smashed the southern flank of Kangaroo Valley, followed by torrential floods. Then Covid-19 hit local businesses.
The community united and rebounded, a part of which was Visual Arts in the Valley 2020, a celebration of the visual arts and now one of the richer prizes in Australian art. 1,300 people visited the Kangaroo Valley Community Hall transformed into a professional gallery and four other venues in the Valley.
Below are links to Visual Arts in the Valley 2020 Prize Winners and Finalists.
