Since 2007, Arts in the Valley has brought some of the finest musicians, artists and sculptors in Australia to Kangaroo Valley for our concerts, exhibitions and festivals.

​

In the early years, Arts in the Valley held an intensive Kangaroo Valley Arts Festival every biennium. 

 

Now, in its 17th year of operation, Arts in the Valley hosts three major successful arts events that features both local and national artists, attracting thousands of visitors to the Valley each year:

Visual Arts in the Valley is a biannual festival of visual arts featuring local artists as well as attracting leading contemporary artists regionally and from across the nation.

​

Visual Arts in the Valley offers the prestigious

Kangaroo Valley Art Prize

in addition to a number of other art prizes.

It also presents

The Salon of Local Artists, Installation Art, Satellite Galleries, Visual Arts Trail, Gallery & Artist Talks.

​

Visual Arts in the Valley will take place in October 2024.

Music in the Valley brings Australia’s finest singers and musicians to the Valley as well as featuring the rich array of local talent from within the Valley.

 

Music in the Valley stages a number of concerts throughout the year ranging from professional performances in the Kangaroo Valley Hall, outdoor concerts and a series of unique Haukmusik Concerts in the intimacy of some of the Valley’s finest homes.

Sculpture in the Valley is a biannual event showcasing the works of Australia's finest sculptors in the stunning surrounds of Kangaroo Valley.

 

In 2023 Sculpture in the Valley was hosted at the stunning Wilburra Estate, Barrengarry, featuring more 115 sculptures and attracting over 3000 visitors over the two weekends of the exhibition.

​

Our next Sculpture in the Valley will take place in 2025.
