Stutchbury, Peter

Peter Stutchbury is a principal of Stutchbury and Pape. He has run his own full time practice since 1981. In 2003 Peter was the first architect to be awarded The Royal Australian Institute of Architect’s two premier national awards in the same year; The Sir Zelman Cowen Award for Public Buildings (in association with Richard Leplastrier and Sue Harper) and the Robin Boyd Award for Residential Design.

In 2005 the firm again won the RAIA Robin Boyd Award, and also the Commercial Award for Architecture, at a national level. Since 1995 Stutchbury and Pape have received 34 RAIA State and National Awards. In 2006 he won the Blacket Award for the Kangaroo Valley house
